From the first day of its being, 'Tiny ERP' has done its name credit when it comes to the hardware demands it placed on computers. All its functionality has been crammed into an amazingly small amount of bytes, designed to use CPU, RAM, operating system and PC monitor so efficiently that it could run quite well on even the slowest PC's around.
When the time came that even most entry computer users had more computer power, we felt more comfortable releasing our full 'GUI' version 4 without fear of excluding large groups of small businesses from access to this popular ERP system for Small Businesses. With our ERP-SB 2005 release, we allowed an even larger growth path for businesses, making it a product to serve both small- and medium sized- businesses.

Ease of use
Above all, ERP-SB is intended to be easy to use. Designing ERP-SB was a battle between 'ease of use' and 'adding functionality'. We hope to have succeeded in offering just enough functionality for the majority of business needs while still maintaining a system that is very easy to use.

    We try to do what we can to make using our products as comfortable as we can. ERP-SB is self explanatory to such a degree that, in general, new users are expected to be able to use the system productively within a very short time span, without using a manual. Nevertheless, we offer an extensive user manual and a technical manual with this product.

    Compatibility
    We have applied a widely used database format for ERP-SB. This data can be 'read' by most commonly used PC office software applications. This allows users to import their reports into their own word processor and export other information from ERP-SB to other applications.
    In addition to various interface options, ERP-SB allows easy 'Copy & Paste' from ERP-SB into any application that will accept the data (Word Processors, Spreadsheets, etc.)

    Utilities
    We have used a database format that makes it much easier for systems administrators, database managers and application developers to use ERP-SB as their source for creating a wide range of reports, labels, analyses, etc. Some of these utilities will be shared by users and will be made available to other users via this web site.
